  • Starting April 12, 2001, ClippersRus.com will not ship overseas or to Canada. United States orders only.
  • We will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping address must be the same as the credit card billing address. ClippersRus.com uses AVS, Address Verification System to verify credit card numbers match the entered billing address.
  • Shipping costs are figured before it is necessary to enter credit card information.
  • Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days only.
  • We do not do Saturday deliveries.
  • All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service and FedEX. To request other shipping methods, please email us at: b47@marktwain.net.
  • Chemicals can only be shipped ground, not air.
  • ClippersRus.com does not charge handling on any shipments.
  • We do not charge a minimum order fee like other companies.
  • Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Missouri only.
